Requirements:

• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients using the nursing process.
• Provide education for patients and their families throughout the admission and discharge process.
• Document the nursing process clearly and accurately.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
• Notify physicians of pertinent observations and changes in patient status.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available for patient care and report malfunctions as necessary.
