Requirements:

• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient according to the nursing process.
• Provide quality care based on patient assessments and established plans.
• Educate patients and families throughout the admission to discharge process.
• Document nursing actions and outcomes thoroughly and accurately.
• Notify physicians of significant observations and changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
