Requirements

• Valid license to practice nursing in the state
• CPR certification required
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN)
• Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients using the nursing process.
• Provide education to patients and their families from admission through the discharge process.
• Document nursing processes thoroughly, accurately, and legibly.
• Notify physicians of relevant observations and changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Ensure availability of equipment and supplies for patient care, reporting any malfunctions.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Engage in ongoing learning and complete all mandatory education.
