• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for PCU patients using the nursing process
• Provide education to patients and families from admission through discharge; ensure thorough documentation of care plans and outcomes
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely; implement physician orders as written
• Monitor patient status, report pertinent changes, and notify the physician as needed
• Supervise and direct care staff and assistive personnel; delegate tasks as appropriate
• Ensure equipment and supplies are readily available; report malfunctions promptly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; support interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care

• Licensure:
  Active Ohio RN license
• Certification: CPR certification required
• Education:
  
  Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or BSN)
• Experience:
  
  Previous RN experience preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
