What You’ll DoAs an STNA, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, providing both physical support and emotional encouragement. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Supporting rehabilitation goals by encouraging independence and celebrating progress

Building genuine connections with patients, families, and team members

Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
