Pay Rate: $33.50-$49.60 hourly
Job Description- Provides for and promotes inter and intradepartmental communication.
- Practices positive responses to job demands, changes, through organizational and time management to enhance positive outcomes in patient care and the Centers mission.
- Performs performance QA.
- Participates in interviewing new employee candidates.
- Enforces all FMC policies & procedures.
- Informs Manager/Assistant Manager of any concerns/problems.
- Counsels employee issues.
- Associate Degree in nursing required.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Valid license to practice nursing in the State of Ohio.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- 2 years of experience in the appropriate nursing specialty.
Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
