This role is responsible for helping monitor compliance with applicable laws, client expectations, company procedures, and internal workflows. Hourly pay or salary is negotiable based on applicable skills and experience.

The Compliance & Quality Specialist is responsible for reviewing collection calls, monitoring account handling practices, evaluating internal procedures, and helping ensure workflows within our collections software align with company standards and applicable requirements. This position plays an important role in identifying compliance risks, promoting process consistency, supporting employee coaching, and improving operational quality across the organization.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who can work independently, communicate findings clearly, and help strengthen day‑to‑day compliance and quality practices in a small business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review recorded and live collection calls for quality and compliance
- Monitor team activity for adherence to company procedures and applicable laws and regulations
- Review account notes, communication practices, and payment handling processes for accuracy and consistency
- Evaluate workflows and task settings within collections software to identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies
- Assist with reviewing and improving internal procedures and operational controls
- Document findings, trends, and areas requiring corrective action or additional training
- Work with leadership to support coaching, process improvement, and risk reduction
- Help maintain a professional, customer‑service‑focused approach in all account resolution activity
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa

- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Third‑party collections: 1 year (Preferred)
- Quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or call review: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service or collections operations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office applications: 1 year (Preferred)
