Base pay range$13.00/hr - $15.00/hr

We are currently seeking talented Shift Leads to join our team!
- Provide support to the salaried management team
- Directly supervise approximately 40 team members and hold them accountable to specific job duties and overall work performance
- Provide feedback to management team to help build team member schedules
- Enforce company standards, policies, and applicable laws as outlined in the code of conduct and employee handbook
- Manage and follow up on tasks vital to overall store operation
- Ensure compliance with beer and liquor licensing, work authorization, and wage and hour laws
- Emphasize safety, sanitation, and security awareness; ensure all team members are properly trained
- Conduct daily line and equipment checks and maintain restaurant cleanliness to meet Health Department and corporate standards and achieve high audit ratings
- Maintain company standards for food quality, taste, and presentation
- Prevent cross-contamination, improper food handling, and storage practices through proper training and supervision
- Resolve escalated conflicts or guest complaints and communicate with management promptly
- Adhere to cash handling and payment processing procedures and policies
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
- Optimize store profit by managing labor and cost of goods/inventory efficiently
- Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to team members
- Exercise sound judgment and professional decision-making in escalated issues to mitigate risk to the company
- Increase sales through community involvement, outreach, promoting discounts and fundraising opportunities, and delivering outstanding guest satisfaction
- Take ownership, pride, and responsibility for overall operation and performance of the sports bar

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management or supervision role, preferably in a high volume, full-service restaurant.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable source of transportation required.
- Serv Safe certification recommended.
- Proficient understanding of food allergens.
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and A/C units, and walk-in freezers.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated to achieve superior and best-in-class results; self-starter with strong attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company and team member information.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
- Personable and friendly personality and ability to communicate with guests.
- Strong understanding and delivery of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
