Summary
Full‑Time Retail Supervisor. The Retail Merchandising Team is seeking a competitive and ambitious supervisor with proven experience managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for achieving and maintaining all client and customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of associates within assigned territories, working closely with Business Development Managers, Brands, Retail Managers, and other retail personnel to ensure business objectives are met.

- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute and complete all retail projects.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, including managing appointments.
- Consistently monitor and actively regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
- Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative support, and coaching to direct reports.
- Lead business development efforts by building goodwill with the trade and clients, ensuring timely new‑item placement, and completing all retail projects.
- Oversee client audits and execute all retail projects to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Increase brand representation and effectiveness through trade and client relationships and client appointments.
- Place new items in all authorized stores and authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
- Schedule merchandisers and review call coverage reports.
- Control budget and expense, aiming to come in under budget with excellent expense control.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, including recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Hire, retain, train, coach, guide, direct, and develop direct reports using company processes, tools, and resources.
- Delegate work to others and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports.
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Four (4) years of applicable retail experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Physical Requirements
- Travel and driving are essential duties of this job, with up to 30% travel required.
- 29% of the workday may involve physical activities such as standing for long periods, lifting or pushing up to 50 pounds, and working in refrigerated or freezer sections.
