Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating associates; managing staffing and scheduling;
Ensuring a safe environment for associates, pets, and pet parents; maintaining store standards and policy compliance;
Managing store profitability: analyzing reports, driving P&L, controlling expenses, and communicating results to leaders and staff;
Overseeing store operations including payroll processing, performance reviews, onboarding, and development of associates
