Retail Fixture - Installation Crew Member - Lancaster, OH

As a Retail Fixture / Installation Crew member with American Greetings, you’ll be a vital part of our company’s purpose—to make the world a more thoughtful and caring place. We are looking for motivated and energetic crew members to assemble, construct, and tear down greeting card fixtures in retail locations.

• Starting pay is $16.20 per hour, with two increases during the first year of employment (rates are subject to change based on work location).
• After 6 months the pay rate increases to $17.10.
• After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate increases to $18.00.
• Paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicle.
• Hotel and a per diem are paid for overnight travel.
• Full training: all necessary tools are provided.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• 401(k) with company match.

Based out of Lancaster, OH.

The weekly average hours are 15 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 20 hours per week around holidays.

• Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays.
• Connect with team members and store associates effectively.
• Follow instructions along with planograms/diagrams.
• Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset.

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficiency with small hand tools used to install and modify fixtures, including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.
• May require occasional overnight travel out of town; hours vary based on business needs.
• May be exposed to crowded environments, close quarters, loud noises, and low-level lighting conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
