Retail Print Manager

The ODP Corporation -  - Responsibilities:
Sales and Service Excellence:
Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.;
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all associates to ensure an understanding of print processes and selling techniques.;
Operational Efficiency:
Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure customers’ orders are completed correctly and on time.;
External Key Carrier Responsibilities:
Maintain the safety and security of the print department, building, and associates during the absence of other managers. Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including activation and deactivation of the store's alarm system, cash handling, and daily store balancing.
