• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and help to document observations and or actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity, maintenance issues, and or policy-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and or visitor access requirements, and help to report unauthorized persons, restricted area concerns, or other security-related issues.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and helping to address customer service needs, operational disruptions, or emergency situations.

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
