As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Lancaster, OH
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and help deter security‑related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. • Tue – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wed – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thu – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Fri – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report access concerns, maintenance issues, and other security‑related matters.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate logs, completing required reports, and communicating professionally with clients, employees, and first responders during routine and emergency situations.

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
