We're looking for experienced dynamic Maintenance Associates. We are looking for a candidate seeking part-time work, who is available to work weekends and be on call on Sundays.

Primary duties of the Maintenance Role include:

• Perform general plumbing repairs (leaks, pipe replacements, fixtures, toilets, etc.)

• Conduct basic electrical repairs (switches, outlets, lighting, minor wiring)

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

• Interior and exterior painting

• Wall repair, including knockdown texture

• EIFS/stucco patching and maintenance

• Basic roofing repairs and inspections

• Parking lot maintenance

• Landscaping and grounds upkeep

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Repair and maintain:

• Washers and dryers

• Ice machines

• PTAC units

• HVAC systems

• Hotel-grade electronic door locks

• Diagnose mechanical and system failures and complete necessary repairs

• Clean and maintain equipment.

Requirements of the Maintenance Role:

• Experience in hospitality or multi-unit property maintenance

• Knowledge of indoor pool systems and maintenance (strong plus)

• Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing manual labor

• Must be flexible and available for weekends and on-call duties

Hours:

Sunday - Saturday 3-6 days a week (client is flexible)- hours will vary depending on business needs. Will work mostly 1st shift but will be on call.

Pay rate: $13.00- $15.00/hr based on experience
