Field Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our suite of communication services for residential and/or commercial customers. You will work directly in the field, ensuring high‑quality connections, diagnosing equipment issues, and delivering exceptional customer service while representing the Spectrum brand.

Position compensation is structured at $48,349 per year (equivalent to $22.00/hour), with the potential to increase your pay through our structured self‑progression program as you build your skills.

• Comfort working in a mobile, field‑based environment where daily travel to customer locations in the Lancaster and Fairfield County area is required.
