Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is seeking a Veteran Case Manager for Faith Mission in Fairfield County. The role focuses on coordinating referrals, intake, housing and income supports for veterans, and liaising with VA partners. On-site schedule, Monday–Friday, with regional travel in Central Ohio.
The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree and 2–4 years of case management or crisis intervention experience, plus a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
