- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 8 months of OTR experience, including snow/ice driving
- Clean safety record with no recent terminations or preventable accidents
- No recent DWIs or excessive moving violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and evaluations
- No recent DOT reportable accidents in past 3 years
