Job Details

• Manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service delivery
• Oversee engagement planning, staffing, budgeting, and timeline management [Re:

• Review work papers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and auditing standards
• Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues
• Supervise, coach, and develop Senior Accountants and Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license required
• 5–8+ years of public accounting experience with significant audit/assurance exposure
• Prior experience managing engagements and supervising staff
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
