- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and process inventory adjustments
- Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation
- Maintain organized accounting records and financial files
- Assist with annual employee benefits renewals
- Support tax preparation and reporting activities
Provide general accounting support to leadership and the accounting team
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- General ledger and account reconciliation experience
- Experience preparing monthly financial reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check
