Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and process inventory adjustments
  • Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation
  • Maintain organized accounting records and financial files
  • Assist with annual employee benefits renewals
  • Support tax preparation and reporting activities

    Provide general accounting support to leadership and the accounting team
Job Requirements Qualifications for the Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • General ledger and account reconciliation experience
  • Experience preparing monthly financial reports
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check
