Senior Accountant

I'm partnering with an innovative, publicly traded biotechnology company that's transforming cancer treatment through groundbreaking cell therapy. They're looking to add a Senior Accountant to their growing accounting team during an exciting period of commercial growth and expansion.

Work Structure: Hybrid – Typically just 1 day per week in the office
. During month-end close there may occasionally be an additional onsite day, while some weeks may be fully remote. Leadership offers outstanding flexibility.

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Support financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Execute and document SOX controls while supporting audit readiness
• Assist with technical accounting and SEC reporting initiatives
• Partner with operations and manufacturing teams on accruals, capital assets, inventory, and financial analysis
• Participate in process improvements, special projects, and ERP-driven initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of public accounting experience (public only or public + industry backgrounds welcome)
• Strong SOX controls, audit, and internal controls experience
• Technical accounting and/or SEC reporting experience
• CPA preferred but not required
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
