Plant Controller

Plaskolite Inc., a leader in engineered thermoplastic products, is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee all plant-level accounting and financial operations. This role manages cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and financial reporting. The Plant Controller partners with plant leadership to analyze production costs, drive margin improvement, and support capital investment decisions. Responsibilities include leading internal controls, variance analysis, and compliance with corporate policies while mentoring a small finance team.
