As a claims administrative support specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. You will ensure essential administrative functions run smoothly and may interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
  • One year post-secondary education

  • Proficiency using office equipment
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
  • Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
  • Customer service and follow-up skills
Location

Scranton, PA. Candidate must reside within a 30-mile radius of the Scranton Claims office (2200 Stafford Ave., Scranton, PA 18505) to support our Work Location Strategy.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. This is an in-office customer-facing position.

Compensation
  • $19.63 - $20.52 per hour
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance
