Administrative Assistant
This temporary position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Customer Experience team, with a primary focus on high-volume, accurate data entry and spreadsheet management using Microsoft Excel. The role also involves document management, digital filing, and general office support.
Responsibilities- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and formula-based calculations.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Import and upload completed Excel files into other company software systems.
- Sort, organize, scan, and file paper and electronic documents; maintain organized digital filing structures.
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Experience team, including preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with customer communications and general office support as needed.
- Order office supplies and support additional administrative projects as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formula filters, navigating tabs, and using the copy-paste function.
- Office/Admin experience in any industry.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The position is located within a manufacturing facility, where you will work in an office environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The dress code is business casual; jeans are not permitted on the first day. Observe the team's attire for guidance on comfortability moving forward.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
