The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily administrative activities and ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, meetings, and office events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and other necessary resources.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, utilities, and service providers.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, clients, and other external partners.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and administrative documentation.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, projects, and reporting.
- Support employee onboarding, office policies, and other HR-related administrative activities.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Ensure office procedures and company policies are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support to different departments as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
