Part-Time Program Analyst

At CLEAResult, we lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral future. We are looking for a talented Part‑Time Program Analyst to support our programs and operations staff.

• Manage program data supporting various recycling programs in the states of PA, NJ, MD.
• Conduct complex analysis to ensure data fully transmits between host systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any variances.
• Validate data for invoicing and reconciliation purposes.
• Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with contract terms and professional presentation.
• Conduct research when applicable.
• Attend staff meetings, goal setting, compliance, and at times function as a team lead.
• Assist with event location coordination and promotion.
• Complete special projects.

• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable.

$52,000.00 - $74,400.00 USD
