Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Seasonal Floor Finishing Lead for our Sales team in Lancaster, PA. Are you interested in a seasonal temporary position? Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

• Assist in moving equipment and supplies needed for floor refinishing.
• Help with floor preparation, including sweeping, vacuuming, and masking areas.
• Support abrasion process under supervision.
• Apply finish coatings as directed.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Oversee daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure project efficiency.
• Train and mentor new or junior crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in gym floor finishing or related field with a solid understanding of the refinishing process.
• Must be able to travel to other locations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Time Management skills.
• Troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of Safety Procedures
• Communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
