Senior Business Advisor – Administration

Responsibilities

• Define clear expectations for processes, stakeholder responsibilities, and supplier engagement to ensure consistent execution across teams.
• Lead change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through process updates, communicating impacts effectively, and supporting adoption of new ways of working to drive sustainable improvements.
• Indirectly lead cross‑functional teams to improve business planning methods.
• Execute key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
• Deliver customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
• Lead execution and implementation of business planning processes.
• Design strategic plans based on forecasts, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Identify and execute opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.

• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
• Background in employee experience, business operations, program management, or corporate events.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies.
