Summary

The Expo Executive Producer is a senior production leadership role responsible for defining, integrating, and executing the full expo experience within large, complex event programs. This role owns the strategic direction and operational delivery of the expo environment, ensuring that exhibitor experience, production, operations, client objectives, and cross-functional execution are aligned into one cohesive, high-impact model.

This position will support our Growth team and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, generally requiring work in the office and/or at show site 2-3 days a week. • Establish and drive KPIs related to exhibitor satisfaction, operational performance, financial performance and service delivery
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream production environments across expo operations, content, and logistics
  • Oversee the full event lifecycle from concept through execution and post-event reconciliation
  • Lead financial reconciliation and performance reporting
  • Coordinate with Technical Directors, Line Producers, and other leaders to ensure integrated execution
  • Set performance expectations, drive accountability, and mentor future leaders
