We seek to hire an experienced Residential Site Manager who will strengthen our company culture and represent the company well while leading new home construction projects from the ground up. The candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at residential construction sites
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet company quality standards
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate scheduling of trades
- Maintain clean and safe job sites, ensuring compliance with all E&S and safety regulations
- Lead township inspection processes and communicate with officials
- Facilitate buyer engagement, including Mechanical Orientations and on-site meetings
- Respond to buyer messages through our EGS App
- Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and approve tasks for payment

- Minimum 2 years of construction management experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on construction or carpentry experience
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and blueprint reading
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with web-based project management tools
- Knowledge of current building codes and safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 and Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to navigate construction sites in all weather conditions, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
