is looking for a responsible and seasoned
Project Manager
to oversee our homebuilding projects, ensuring the highest quality-built homes and on-time completion. This position will be responsible for construction consulting, quality control, and customer service. Sites are currently in Bucks and Montgomery County and looking to expand into Chester County.

• Manage and supervise all phases of residential home construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Obtain permits and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.
• Control project costs and prevent delays through effective planning and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project records.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of professional construction project management experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline is preferred
