Job Description
Responsibilities- Work with owners, design team, contractors, and sub‑contractors on pre‑development, design/development, and construction of various types of projects.
- Collaborate with the team to bid and de‑scope contracts.
- Manage project owner/contractor meetings and negotiate conflicts.
- Oversee contractors and sub‑contractors in the field.
- Perform field inspections and maintain quality control.
- Review change orders, RFIs, submittals, and establish project controls.
- Track and verify costs on job sites; manage voucher and change order processes.
- Ensure quality and hold contractors to schedule to meet substantial completion dates.
- Successfully close out projects.
Must have at least 3–5 years of experience. Candidates with a degree in civil engineering, construction project management, or architecture are preferred.
