Qualifications:

* Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

* Must have the ability to perform and be proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations.

* Must have knowledge of basic computer systems and software.

* Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

* Must be able to climb, work at various heights and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

* Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Essential Job Functions:

* Engage in construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety.

* Prepare daily reports as related to crews, progress and issues.

* Assist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts.

* Work with foreman to ensure structures are built in conformance with the contract requirements.

* Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors.

* Represent High Construction in a business-like and professional manner.

* Assist in carrying out a variety of basic field duties at the job site related to general construction.
