This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals on a variety of commercial, industrial, and development projects while gaining valuable field leadership experience. The company specializes in construction management, design-build, renovations, and ground-up construction projects Description Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor site safety and compliance with all regulations and company policies. Inspect work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Help resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Support the Superintendent in managing site operations and team supervision.

Profile A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 2+ years of construction experience preferred; field leadership experience is a plus. Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, educational, or institutional projects is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
