About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Scheduler II, where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and scheduling needs. This hybrid position offers a blend of onsite collaboration (Tuesday-Thursday in Lancaster or Allentown, PA) and remote flexibility (Monday and Friday). Leverage your customer service and scheduling expertise in a supportive, growth-focused environment with hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide clear, accurate responses to inquiries and escalate as needed
- Log, track, and report all customer interactions weekly
- Assist in scheduling customer appointments, issuing reminders, and confirmations
- Guide customers through pre-job requirements and ensure all prerequisites are met
- Support schedulers with proactive customer outreach throughout the job life cycle
- Maintain detailed logs of communications and appointment statuses
- Coordinate creation of work packets and processing of bundled job cards
- Remove job holds after verification and facilitate work order close-outs
- Schedule temporary disconnects and investigate property damage claims
- Set up IVR appointments and new meter accounts as needed

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-5 years' experience in scheduling or customer service roles
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with hybrid work (onsite Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday/Friday)
- Local to Lancaster or Allentown, PA

Preferred Skills

- Experience with bundled job cards or work order systems
- Familiarity with utility or field service operations
- Proficiency in call logging and reporting tools
