Join our team at Tippy, a technology company specializing in tipping solutions for service professionals.
Responsibilities- Working cross-functionally across different departments to get issues resolved
- Guide our customers to find solutions versus telling them the answer
- Spend 80% of time supporting customers by answering questions, providing guidance and suggestions, and ensuring that our partners are set up for success
- Learn and stay up-to-date with correct processes, policies, and changes that will impact customers
- Effectively leverage and communicate with internal departments to arm them with trends for ticket drivers, known issues, or bugs plus any other necessary information
- Develop deep expertise in how Tippy’s processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes for our customers
- Preparing kiosk and shipping duties
- Minimum of 2+ years in a customer service environment.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Jira, or similar CRM.
- Extremely comfortable speaking with people over the phone, text, and video.
- Organized and committed to taking fastidious notes and tracking customer communication.
- Coachable and take responsibility for your own development.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Bonus points for prior experience at a startup and/or the professional beauty industry.
