The City of Philadelphia is seeking a customer service manager for the Philadelphia International Airport's Guest Experience unit. In this role, you will lead and direct subordinate supervisors, ensuring top-quality customer service while resolving inquiries and reporting issues proactively.
The ideal candidate will have two years of customer service and supervisory experience within airport operations. Preference will be given to Philadelphia residents who have maintained residency for at least a year prior to the examination.
