Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Operation Specialist to join the EMEA Order to Cash team based in our Łodź SSC, with a planned start date of 1 September, which is essential for this role.

As a Customer Operation Specialist, you’ll be the key connection between our company and our customers, ensuring smooth order management and excellent customer experience. You’ll manage the order cycle, query resolution while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable to meet customer expectations.

• Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
• Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
• Validate pricing and support contract updates.
• Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics for efficient and cost‑effective deliveries.
• Take full ownership of customer service quality.
• Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years in Customer Service.
• Strong SAP experience (2+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel advanced).
• Customer‑focused and relationship‑oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with numbers and data.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote colleagues and customers.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions.
• Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
