Client Service Specialist

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
• Sitting for extended periods of time

• Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead

Certification and Licenses

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
