Key Responsibilities for the Safety Generalist- Maintain driver and vehicle safety records across multiple online platforms.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new drivers, including employment verifications and required documentation.
- Respond professionally to driver and customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Assist the Safety Department with administrative tasks and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Collaborate with the safety team to support daily operations and special projects
