A well-established, fee-for-service periodontal practice in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Periodontist to join our growing team.   • Newly constructed (2024) 5,000 sq. ft. free-standing facility
  • 8 operatories + dedicated sedation room

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures
  • Restore complex restorative cases (or willingness to learn)
  • Educate patients on periodontal disease prevention and treatment
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver optimal patient care
  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Board-certified in Periodontics or in the process of board certification
  • Strong clinical skills and surgical experience
  • Passion for patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
