A well-established,   fee-for-service periodontal practice   in Lancaster, PA is seeking a   full-time or part-time Associate Periodontist   to join our growing team. Responsibilities    Provide comprehensive periodontal and implant care
Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures
Restore complex restorative cases (or willingness to learn)
Educate patients on periodontal disease prevention and treatment
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver optimal patient care
Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence
Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications    DDS or DMD degree
Board-certified in Periodontics or in the process of board certification
Strong clinical skills and surgical experience
Passion for patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
