Senior Project Manager

An established architecture firm in Philadelphia is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to its team. This person will have a major role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and guiding internal teams from early design through construction.

• Lead architectural projects from planning and design through construction administration
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall delivery
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project partners
• Oversee design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction
• Provide quality control and technical oversight throughout the project
• Mentor and support architects and designers on the team
• Help identify project challenges early and keep projects moving forward

• 10+ years of professional architecture experience
• Strong architectural project management experience
• Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships
• Ability to oversee schedules, budgets, consultants, and project delivery
• Strong construction documentation and construction administration experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
