- Deliver group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and leadership development topics.
- Develop training curricula; recommend or implement vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation monthly and lead the New Hire Onboarding Experience.
- Select and develop training and job aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
- Coordinate or perform administrative functions required to deliver, monitor, and document training delivery and program effectiveness.
- Assist with or conduct training analyses or assessments to plan for or evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and activities; utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes to instructional objectives and methods.
- Identify and prepare instructors or subject matter experts to assist with designing, delivering, or evaluating training content and activities, as needed; review instructor performance; recommend and implement improvements to program content and instructor presentation methods.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar training role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- High level of computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, email, and virtual meeting applications, preferably on the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Prior experience with Articulate.
- Prior Workday experience preferred.
- Prior facilitation experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, liberal arts, or similar discipline.
- Certification or advanced degree in organization development or related field preferred.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods, up to eight hours per day.
- Ability to view computer screen for extended periods, up to eight hours per day.
- Manual dexterity and mobility to use personal computers and other office equipment.
Starting Salary: $45,700. The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
