Job Overview: Soliant Education is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Scandia, MN area. This is a full-time, onsite position for the  school year, with a focus on supporting students in grades K-8. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about fostering the academic and personal growth of students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across grades K-8.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to provide comprehensive support.
• Adapt instructional methods and materials to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to instruction and strategies.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with students in grades K-8 is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
  
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A commitment to supporting the diverse needs of students.
