Qualifications:
Responsible for teaching Business Law
Deliver lecture, class discussion and case problems emphasizing legal principles on the following topics: the legal environment, government regulation of business, contracts, personal property, environmental liability as it relates to business transactions, bankruptcy, employment and human resources, and current legal issues. The legal environment as it impacts business decision making is addressed.
This position requires the successful candidate to be geographically located in or near Philadelphia as the position requires the candidate to be intermittently physically present on-campus. Applicants who live in or plan to relocate to New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania will be considered.
Delivery: in-person, East Falls campus, 1 evening or twice a week

Experience:
1-2 year of teaching experience required;
Professional experience in the industry

Responsible for teaching courses in Business Law
Position will be for the Fall 2026 (August 2026)/ Spring 2027 semester (January 2027).
