Full-Time | Hybrid | Greater Philadelphia Area | Salary range: $ 45,000- $50,000

Collective Success Network (CSN) is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting first-generation and low-income (FGLI) college students as they navigate college and transition into meaningful careers. Through mentorship, career readiness, leadership development, professional networking, and a strong community of peers and professionals, CSN helps students build the confidence, connections, and skills they need to thrive.

CSN is seeking a highly organized, relationship-oriented Program Officer to support the coordination and delivery of our student, alumni, and community engagement activities.

The Program Officer will play an important role in connecting the different parts of the CSN community- from college and university partners, students, and campus chapter leaders to alumni and early-career professionals. Working closely with CSN leadership, this person will support program delivery, campus engagement and student recruitment, events, alumni engagement, program evaluation, and impact storytelling.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with college students and young professionals, coordinating multiple initiatives, and contributing to a small, mission-driven organization.

• Support the coordination and implementation of CSN programs, workshops, networking events, student gatherings, and community activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with college and university partners.
• Support campus outreach, student recruitment, and engagement.
• Serve as a key point of contact for CSN campus chapter leaders and support chapter programming and activities.

• Conduct outreach to CSN alumni and early-career professionals and recruit them for mentoring, networking, programs, and other activities.
• Help create pathways for CSN graduates to remain connected and "pay it forward" to the next generation of students.

• Maintain regular communication with program participants and support participant tracking, attendance, surveys, and program follow-up.

• Help organize and facilitate student and alumni focus groups, surveys, and feedback sessions to better understand participant experiences, identify needs, and assess program effectiveness.
• Collect student and alumni stories, testimonials, and video content.
• Help translate survey results, participant feedback, and program data into simple graphs, visuals, and other materials that communicate CSN’s impact.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, college partners, alumni, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
• Experience in student engagement, higher education, career development, community engagement, nonprofit programming, or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a small, mission‑driven team.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools for communications, participant tracking, surveys, presentations, and virtual programming.
• Experience with surveys, focus groups, data collection, video content, or basic data visualization.
• Strong commitment to CSN’s mission to expand opportunities for first‑generation and low-income college students and early-career professionals.
