We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Finishing Department in Lancaster, PA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process and equipment reliability improvements to meet plant objectives
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective solutions
- Manage capital and expense projects from concept through execution
- Partner with production and maintenance teams to solve complex operational challenges
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Introduce industry best practices and reliability technologies
- Support budgeting, planning, and long-term operational strategies
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field)
- 3+ years of process engineering experience in a metals manufacturing environment
- OR 5+ years of process engineering experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- 5-10+ years of engineering experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Working knowledge of PLC systems
- Experience with Casting, Rolling, or Finishing operations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Proven project management experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
