About the Role
A leading manufacturer in the metals and materials industry is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to provide technical support for plant operations and project initiatives at its Lancaster facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance while supporting the business plan through engineering solutions and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical engineering support to production, maintenance, and administrative departments to meet operational and business goals.
- Coordinate all phases of assigned projects, including concept development, scope definition, specifications, bid solicitation, equipment design, procurement, installation, start-up, and project close-out.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical and electrical systems within the plant.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all projects and activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical engineering or completion of two engineering internships.
- 3+ years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- Experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with large-scale capital projects, automation systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Base Salary: USD $70,000 $ 100,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Employment Type:
