Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Position Overview

In Tampa, we are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, PE, to support technical leadership and continued growth across the Gulf Coast region.

• Lead geotechnical projects from proposal development through final reporting.
• Plan and oversee subsurface investigations and field programs.
• Interpret laboratory and in situ testing data.
• Prepare and review comprehensive geotechnical reports.
• Perform analysis and design of shallow and deep foundations.
• Evaluate bearing capacity, settlement, and slope stability.
• Support retaining structures and earthwork design.
• Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team progression.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, or related engineering discipline.
• Eight or more years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and technical reporting skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in foundation and slope design.
• Professional Engineer license preferred, but not mandatory.
